Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on miau4d. By accessing the platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions set out below.
A quick reference to the most important rules governing use of the miau4d platform.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use the miau4d platform. Age verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.
Each individual may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are subject to suspension and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.
All bonuses carry explicit wagering requirements (minimum 5x, up to 30x depending on the offer). Requirements must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). miau4d does not accept foreign currency deposits or cryptocurrency at this time.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. miau4d will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
Use of bots, arbitrage software, or any form of fraudulent play is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "you") and miau4d ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity on miau4d, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full and agree to be bound by it. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.
The following definitions apply throughout this Agreement:
To register an Account and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
miau4d specifically targets Indonesian players and has localised its services for Indonesia. Users accessing the Platform from outside Indonesia do so at their own risk and must satisfy themselves that their use of the Platform complies with local law.
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual person may hold only one Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different email addresses — is a material breach of this Agreement.
3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of the Platform. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes.
3.3 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. miau4d strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
3.4 Account Ownership. Accounts are strictly personal. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any balance within it to another person. Any attempted transfer of an Account constitutes grounds for immediate suspension.
3.5 Minors. If miau4d discovers that an Account has been opened or used by a person under 21, the Account will be immediately closed, all transactions will be voided, and any funds that have been deposited will be returned to the source payment method after deduction of any withdrawals already made.
4.1 miau4d is required to verify the identity of all users before processing withdrawals and, in certain cases, before accepting deposits above a specified threshold.
4.2 Required Documents. Verification typically requires submission of the following:
4.3 Processing Time. KYC submissions are reviewed within 1–24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday, WIB). miau4d may request additional documentation if the submitted materials are unclear or insufficient.
4.4 Consequence of Non-Verification. Accounts that remain unverified after 30 days or that fail verification will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is successfully completed.
4.5 miau4d reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on high-value accounts and to request source-of-funds documentation at any time.
5.1 Accepted Methods. The Platform accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other supported domestic banks) and the following e-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. The current list of accepted payment methods is displayed at the point of deposit within your Account dashboard.
5.2 Currency. All deposits must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits in foreign currencies are not accepted.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Certain promotions may require a higher minimum deposit to qualify.
5.4 Processing Time. Deposits via local bank transfer during Indonesian banking hours (08:00–16:00 WIB, Monday–Friday) are typically credited to the Account within 5 minutes. Off-hours transfers may take longer.
5.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you. The deposit of funds belonging to third parties is prohibited.
5.6 miau4d does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees. miau4d bears no responsibility for third-party fees.
6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawals are available exclusively to verified Accounts (KYC-complete). The withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account.
6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.
6.3 Processing Time. Withdrawal requests submitted during business hours (08:00–16:00 WIB, Monday–Friday) are processed within 1–4 hours. Requests received outside these hours are queued and processed on the next business day.
6.4 Verification Checks. miau4d may conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, including verification that active wagering requirements have been satisfied and that no suspicious activity is associated with the Account.
6.5 Unmet Wagering Requirements. If a User requests a withdrawal while active Bonus Funds are subject to an unmet wagering requirement, the Platform reserves the right to deduct the Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them from the withdrawal amount.
6.6 miau4d reserves the right to limit or delay withdrawals where fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, the Platform will notify the User and may freeze the Account pending investigation.
7.1 Offer-Specific Terms. Each bonus or promotional offer issued by miau4d is subject to its own specific terms, including minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, wagering requirements, and expiry dates. These terms are published alongside each offer and form part of this Agreement by reference.
7.2 General Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise specified in the offer-specific terms:
7.3 Bonus Expiry. Unused Bonus Funds expire at the end of the validity period specified in the applicable offer. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Account.
7.4 Abuse Prevention. miau4d reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to hedging bets across platforms, wagering exclusively on low-risk outcomes to clear wagering requirements, or opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
7.5 Wagering Order. Real-money Wallet Balance is used for wagers before Bonus Funds, unless specified otherwise. Winnings generated from Bonus Funds are credited to a Bonus Balance and remain subject to remaining wagering requirements until fully cleared.
8.1 All bets are accepted subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, casino game, or togel draw published within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and this Agreement, the game-specific rules prevail for matters directly relating to bet settlement.
8.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet is only valid once a confirmation message is displayed to the User and the wager amount has been deducted from the Account. In the event of a system error that prevents confirmation, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.
8.3 Obvious Errors. miau4d reserves the right to void bets accepted at clearly erroneous odds caused by pricing errors, data feed failures, or technical faults. Where possible, the User will be notified promptly and the stake returned.
8.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and may vary by sport, event, and User account status. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement.
8.5 Togel Draws. All togel (traditional Indonesian numbers lottery) bets are settled according to the official results published by the respective international lottery organisations. Disputed results must be raised within 24 hours of the draw.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension and potential legal action:
10.1 miau4d reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that:
10.2 Voluntary Closure. Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Outstanding wagering requirements, pending withdrawals, and bonus terms must be resolved before a final balance is returned.
10.3 Self-Exclusion. Users who wish to restrict their own access for responsible-gaming reasons may request self-exclusion through the Account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-excluded Accounts cannot be reopened before the agreed exclusion period has elapsed.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, logos, trademarks, game graphics, text, and data feeds — is the exclusive property of miau4d or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission from miau4d.
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, miau4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
12.2 miau4d does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability. miau4d will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.
12.3 miau4d is not responsible for the outcome of individual bets or games. Gambling involves risk, and past outcomes do not predict future results. Players should gamble within their means.
12.4 In jurisdictions where a limitation of liability is not enforceable, miau4d's maximum aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
miau4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data processing activities described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not consent, you must not register an Account.
miau4d is committed to responsible gaming and provides a range of player-protection tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality-check reminders, and self-exclusion. Users are encouraged to make use of these tools and to seek help if gambling is causing financial or personal harm. Full details are available on the Responsible Gaming page. The Platform enforces a strict 21+ age requirement across all products.
miau4d reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is the User's responsibility to review the current Terms & Conditions periodically.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which miau4d holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through miau4d's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts specified in the Platform's licensing documentation. This Agreement does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
